When Can articles can be exchange
Articles are valid of exchange if the valued customer conatacts the company within 2 days after receiving the order
Articles must be Unused and in the same condition that you received , it must also be in same packaging Spicelands reserves the rights to reject the return of any product that does not pass quality checks done by our Quality control sales team and / Or is not returned in original
form i.e unused , the seal is intact and packaging is original
Product exchange for unsealed items will only be applicable incase there is a Quality issue with the product and is returned in its original packing .Where a call has been placed to our customers services within 2 days of receiving customers order
Incase there is a Quality issue and the product has been open and 90 % of product volume must be there for the relevant department to carry out an investigations .
if less then 90 % of the product is available . Spiceland reserve the rights to accept or reject
